Happy Weekend!

Look of the week: beach fun
The look of the week is inspired by summer. How I love summer. The best thing about living in San Diego is that the weather stays warmer longer, which means beach days are still come. This weekend, I want to spend it out shopping, swimming and best of all having some margaritas at the beach. What are your plans this weekend? Whatever they are have fun and enjoy the sun!

  • Hi Rose!
I love your header. It’s so unique! You obviously love fashion because your blog looks great and very pulled together. I’m a fashion ZERO! I never shop at designer shops because, frankly, I’d rather spend my money on vacations or other hobby stuff. But maybe, deep inside, it’s because fashion scares me. I don’t know how to be trendy or follow trends! LOL

Have a great weekend. FOund you through 31DBBB!

  • Thank you for the comment Texan Mama! I mostly shop on Etsy, thrift stores or budget friendly shops and make everything my own style. I hope you have a nice weekend!

  • I love your blog! Beautiful graphics, gorgeously lush photos, clean yet very striking and distinctive.

Regarding this post I’m too, not a very fashion Aware person. And I’m not too confident with my body. I have never worn a bikini for instance but yours looks so welcoming that I want to get one too!

Keep up the good job, I wish I had your dexterity of design! Stopping by fr SITS πŸ™‚

  • That look for the weekend is super cute. Definitely something I would have worn when I was in my 20’s… I’ll take the bracelet, sunglasses and bag now. πŸ˜‰

  • OOohhhh I love that look! I’m in New Zealand, so we’re still in the chills of winter here. So lovely to look forward to warm beachy summer days. Just stopped by from 31DBBB. Nice blog πŸ™‚

  • Hi, I’m visiting for the first time from 31DBBB. I love a bit of retail therapy and I’m heading to Queensland (I live in Adelaide, Australia) in a few weeks so I’m starting to craft my summer wardrobe. Love the colours – mixing up nude with blues/reds really works.

  • The weather here in Spain is similar to yours. Unfortunately my bikini days are over due to a major op for colon cancer in January. I now have a large scar which starts about 2″ above my bellow button & goes down as far as you can imagine LOL. Anyhow, I can still enjoy the other delights of summer. This weekend is being spent with friends, probably eating & drinking too much!

  • Hi Nadia,

I found your page from the #31DBBB challenge. Love your blog! The layout is great! I’ll definitely be coming back to visit! I’m writing down the soup recipe as well…sooo wish I had Whole Foods in my area!

  • Found you from #31DBBB challenge, but I love your site. I am a fashion misfit, so am always looking for a site that can “inspire” me. You put together such lovely combinations, I think I am going to have to make this my daily stop before getting dressed! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and ideas!

  • Happy SITS Saturday and Day 27 of the 31DBBB Challenge. I love the light and colorful summer clothes you showcased. Lucky you sitting on the beach and relaxing! πŸ™‚
I’ll be catching up on household chores, blog deadlines and then handing out with my kids… All good.

  • I’m afraid I couldn’t fit into the “look of the day”, so I’ll just have to stick to my jeans and t-shirt!

    Stopping by from #31DBBB!
