Passport to Fashion Event

I attended Passport to Fashion last Saturday and it was an absolute blast. The event started & ended at Roppongi Restaurant. I was greeted by two lovely ladies representing Fashion Week San Diego and the founder & director of FWSD Allison Andrews. At sign up you received your passport to be stamped at participating boutiques. Each boutique had balloons with the branding of FWSD and a representative ready to stamp your passport. They were also handing out yummy LUNA Bars for shoppers to snack on. I knew some of the boutiques like Kate Spade and Y-3, but I discovered some new faves while walking around stamping my passport in each store.

When I was done checking out the boutiques, I had a mini-makeover from Style Squad San Diego. I don’t wear a ton of makeup, so they gave me a smoky eye with red lips that looked amazing on me. I love how they kept me looking natural, but a bit more

After my got my makeup done, I had a super delicious martini with hamachi tacos. The perfect appetizer to compliment my drink. While enjoying the food and the atmosphere, I chatted with other attendees, listened to some fun tunes and won one of the raffle prizes which was a scented candle from Y-3.

As you can see I kept my look casual, but chic for the event. I had a hat on at the beginning, but by the time these pics were taken I took it off. My dress from SWELL was super comfy and I got tons of compliments on my wedge sandals who are also from SWELL.  If you want to recreate my look, here is the outfit inspiration and where to shop my look.
