We hope that you absolutely love your Rose Wheeler purchase! However, If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org upon receipt of your order. You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unworn and unused with tags still attached. Items must be in the same condition that you received it.

Return shipping is free. For a prepaid return label, please email email@example.com. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged (if applicable)
If you received a defective or damaged item, Rose Wheeler would assess the claim on a case by case basis. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received with your order number, name of the item, photo of the damaged and the email use to place the order. If 5 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer free shipping on all Standard orders of $50 or more, regardless of the size and weight of your package. For Standard orders under $50, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95.
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the delivery information. Please note that certain Rose Wheeler items ship directly from the manufacturer and therefore will ship separately from other items in your order.
Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
Plan accordingly, during high season and sale events, delivery might take a little longer.
If you require expedited shipping, please email email@example.com before placing your order so that we can confirm whether each of your items can be expedited.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance for an international shipping quote, or after you checkout, we will invoice you separately for the shipping charge.
If your package gets lost in transit (it has not been scanned as delivered), we will do everything we possibly can to assist you and place a claim on your behalf with the shipping courier. Once the investigation is over, we will process a refund for you.
Once the package has been scanned as delivered, Rose Wheeler cannot be held responsible for stolen packages and can’t offer a refund. Send your package to a secure location, since theft is outside of our control.
