The Limited Store Opening

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of attending the opening of The Limited at Fashion Valley Mall. The event was amazing! It was full of great clothes and people. I’ll share a few of my favorite pictures from the new store below.

The store interior was impeccably chic. I love the of mix of vintage & modern pieces to style the interior which created a sophisticated ambience throughout the store.

Get to know The Limited’s CEO, Linda Heasley with this mini Q/A:

Before the ribbon-cutting event, I  had the opportunity to do a one-on-one interview with The Limited CEO, Linda Heasley. She was lovely, warm, engaging, and approachable, which made the interview, comfortable and fun.

Who is The Limited girl? What kind of woman are you targeting?
The Limited didn’t have a clear mission or target audience. A brand overhaul was introduced, including pinpointing the target audience: a 25- to 35-year-old professional woman with a sense of style who wants clothes appropriate for the office they also could wear after work to dinner or a night on the town. Hence, the fictional, 28 year old metropolitan woman, Tyler Monroe, was born. She needed a place where she can get her go to pieces without breaking the bank. A brand that helps her find her style and regain her confidence. She became the muse.

How would you describe your personal style?
My style is very appropriate for work or the occasion. I like mixing pieces from The Limited like this skirt from our 2013 line with vintage pieces. Modern and edgy pieces also work for me.

What’s next for The Limited?
The Limited is always looking for opportunities and wants to open internationally. We want our customers to be able to shop from anywhere.

We would like to develop even further our plus-size line, eloquii which was launched on 2011 to give full-figured professional women the same fashionable clothes they long for, too. The focus of the brand is in celebrating women of all sizes and their personal success. Every woman defines success individually and personally. This line can help them remove one key problem – what to wear. We want women to make friends with their closet and help her feel great so she can deal with more important things.
