The program consists of drinking a salty bitter mixture four times a day for 48 hours. I have tried this mix and the taste definitely takes some getting use to. According to Marie Claire magazine it boosts energy but brings on some serious hunger pangs. I would have to say I agree!

This program requires that you consume the mixture two to four times a day in place of meals or with a salad. Sounds tough especially if you’re truly hungry! It does not help that once mixed it looks like seaweed. I have never tried this detox but it’s worth a shot considering it is packed with hemp and organic herbs.
